On 21 November 2025, from 4:30 pm to 7 pm, a contact jam will take place in the dance room of the Kunstwerkstätten, Anklamer Str. 15/16 in Greifswald. I am preparing the event in cooperation with Nikolas Kroeger. He will introduce the jam with a focus on the topics of gravity and regulation of body tension. In addition, initial impulses for making contact will be set. A warm invitation to everyone who enjoys dancing contact improvisation!

Contact jams are open events where people dance and improvise together. Except for a short warm-up to get settled in the room and with the group, there are no instructions. After that, it is possible to move freely. Anyone who enjoys movement and experimentation is welcome! Even if you just want to find out what contact improvisation is, feel free to come along!

A donation towards the room hire is requested for participation.
