Dancing outside with birdsong in your ears and a spring breeze on your skin is something special. For World Dance Day on 29 April 2025, some dedicated dancers and I did an extra round on the meadows at the Tierpark – dancing and improvising. There was feedback and enquiries about our action. So here are my current dance offers once again:

Today it is still possible to register for the Inspiration and Resonance dance workshop. This will take place on 10 May 2025 from 10 am to 4 pm at SKD in Greifswald. During the course of the event, aspects of self-perception and self-expression will be addressed using methods from contact and dance improvisation, as well as improvised dance encounters. Both topics offer exciting opportunities to be inspired by the moment and to explore entering into resonance with the environment. Alternating between solo and group dance can open up new, stimulating spaces and create awareness of one’s own movement qualities. Spontaneous action is just as important as engaging with surprising impulses. You can find more information here in the workshop article.

Otherwise, my dance course takes place every Sunday from 5 – 7 pm in the dance room of the art workshops. Here we also work on various topics using methods from dance and contact improvisation.
